I don't say this often because it just sounds like a childish insult, but it's actually true, Donald J. Trump is dumb.

When we run marathons we complete them, so in spite of all my physical needs and instincts I will stick around for DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE (2024). But I am packed and ready to hit the road. Ack! Ack!

Our first CWRU Science Fiction Marathon was probably 1996. I can’t recall going before that time.

THE ADVENTURES OF BUCKAROO BANZAI ACROSS THE DIMENSION (1984) played that year, too. The riffing got really sexist and my partner loudly told them to knock that stuff off. They did.

The Saturday night crowd has appeared to fill in empty seats and see 2001 (1968).

I hadn’t even seen it until last year when it was streaming, I’d been waiting for a big screen opportunity and now I got one.

What we’re being told is THE LOST WORLD was Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s only short story that wasn’t a Sherlock Holmes story.

We’re about to see the 1924 silent film adaptation featuring a live score performed by Jeff Rapsis!

THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL (1951) remains one of the very best science fiction films ever made.

I feel as thought it is on the list every time I attend this marathon.

That’s not a complaint.
