I've followed many genealogical organizers, especially the younger ones, as I hope to encourage a relative in continuing this work. Drew Smith's book is good too. There's lots of overlap in what you should be doing. Just slightly different ways of looking at/explaining the process.

I'm with you, Cindy. Been researching for years, taking classes, and following several organizers for inspiration. My biggest source help was following dearmyrtle -- she finds new people doing good work and spotlights them. dearmyrtle.com
