Hell, I personally LOVE collecting this info in my PDA! I love meeting all mutants, visiting all locations, discovering all anomalies and finding all artifacts, and have it all catalogued in my PDA.

It's true, similar things started to apply to bus traffic as well, you can't trust the plans at the stops anymore because it just keeps changing, heck even the displays don't help, they tell me a bus is coming that I need, that bus just drives by or doesn't come and the plan changes to another bus.
