if you don’t feel sick aside from the vomiting it could be something stuck in your lower esophagus, usually what worked for me in the past is forcing myself to sit upright for an hour or so while trying small, spaced out sips of water then progressing to a jello or broth if that stayed down

The macro conditions matter. Sometimes you run the best possible campaign and still come up short.
