SCOTUS ruled a President cannot commit a crime while being President….that does not apply to underlings committing crimes on his direct orders…only he is immune. Musk is not cloaked. States should move on Felonies against MUSK asap and get him disqualified from Taxpayer handouts for his ventures.

i am going to put a finer point on this: executive orders are not laws. and they certainly are not royal decrees. they are interpretations of existing law for the purposes of enforcement. the fact that so many people are treating them as laws is actually driving me a bit insane.
i mean, the president's executive order isn't a goddamn law! as far as this doctor is concerned, who cares what the president says!

Guess I should talk about media or movies on here since I’m an actor. I’m playing the Indiana Jones video game, it’s really nice being in a universe where the fascists are the bad guys & also SAVE THESE DATES in your calendars - 2/28 and 3/15. We boycott. 3/15 is also my bday so fight Nazis w/ me 🎂
