He's describing free market capitalism. It wasn't an issue when (mostly white) coaches participated in the system. It only became an existential crisis when (mostly Black) athletes, who are the labor and the product, participate in the system.

It purports that someone tried to charge $143.95 to my account and wants me to log-in with my password.
A quick Google search revealed that "$143.95" has been charged to THOUSANDS of Apple accounts.
I hate being scammed by the lazy.
