If they sat in the control room, yes. Absolutely. If they sat inside the MRI, or very close to it, then no obviously not, as I already explicitly stated.

Yeah, but it's nowhere near as strong as the violent pull the above comment implies. A typical fridge magnet according to a quick google is in the order of 10 mT, so it's about 2½ fridge magnets worth. Enough to pull small metal pieces, but won't even nudge anything larger and heavy.

I remember a case where a Texas woman literally went to a judge to request permission for an abortion that was medically necessary to save her life. The judge just outright refused, telling her that it could only be decided AFTER the fact. Iirc the Texas SC upheld that as well.

Yeah, but that requires you to be IN the MRI. The tech is going to be less than 20 feet anyway when running the MRI, and he does just fine.

A Magnet which produces 1 Tesla at it's surface and is ~1 meter in size, would be effecting less than 25 milli Tesla at 6.7 metres (~20ft) range.

bc it's absolutely not worth spending 20 times as much money on a service upgrade and a 15kW charger, when 99% of the time a7kW charger is fine, and the other 1% you can just remember to plug your car in earlier and/or use a public fast charger.

This isn't safety engineering, this is choosing capacity/size for something, where the 1% edge cases are generally a mild to medium inconvenience at worst, which is specifically why you SHOULDN'T design for them.

The accuser is the state or municipality who's road you used and who's law you violated. The camera and speed measurement are the evidence used against you.
Using an automated system to make the accusation doesn't make the system the accuser, that's literally a child's level of understanding.

If only they had thought of that and installed some scientifically objectively way that CAN measure speed, which is required to trigger the camera in the first place.

Die USA hat (aufm Papier) auch ne Gewaltenteilung mein Freund. Dass ist der Punkt.
Wenn die Bürger sich nicht dafür einhalten dass solche Grundprinzipien gewahrt werden, dann bringen die auch nichts.
