A dragon is born every time a reviewer responds that they cannot review the paper, but by the way, from the abstract this looks completely flawed.
A fairy is born ever time a reviewer accepts a request to review a paper.

🚨New paper out @pnas.org!

Do you want to know how do mitotic motors organize the spindle? Wei Xiang's simulations show that just a plus & a minus motor are enough to drive bipolar spindle assembly. Could this explain why kinesin-5 & dynein evolved their unique properties? 🤔

Making ends meet on an intern’s salary can be hard. Stipends don’t always cover the full costs of temporarily relocating to a new city or making ends meet while working remotely. Sometimes, prioritizing steps to advance your career can mean putting off other income opportunities that would otherwise serve more immediate financial needs.

My suggestions: don’t be hasty, think broadly incl EU & Canada, & careers beyond traditional academia. What’re you telling your students?
