Made a pumpkin pie from scratch - from a pumpkin I baked/pureed and scratch made crust.
It looks edible except I wished the pie filling too much and it became frothy. Gave the top of the pie an odd texture. Nothing some whipped cream can’t fix :)

Have started working on a new puzzle in my condo’s community room. Should not be too difficult to do - lots of color and detail. Previous puzzle had black and white cartoon cows…. So this is a welcome change.

Went to Saint Paul’s European winter market yesterday. Will go back to do some serious Christmas shopping.
Did obtain a fuzzy alpaca toy/ornament for myself - it’s so soft ….. could not resist.

Was cool that I would walk there from my condo via the skyway system without a winter coat.
