Okay, like I know he's mostly naked but What If...
Tanaka Shinbei from Fate/Grand Order. He has slicked back red hair pulled into a spiky ponytail with a few loose strands covering one eye. In the International Costumers Guild (ICG) guidelines, it actually considers judges choice awards to be major awards. Screenshot from the most recent ICG guidelines (page 16). So yeah, it's actually a big deal that a judge liked you enough to recognize your work!
Major Awards do affect future Skill Division placement. We suggest that judging panels use "Best [Descriptor]", "Award for [Descriptor]" or "Excellence in/for [Descriptor]," to clearly identify major awards. Judge’s Choice or Judges’ Choice may be used as a major award name to recognize an entry without calling out specific characteristics of the costume.
