Don't we all inevitably adopt a persona when interacting with people? Even subconsciously we change our behaviour with different people. How we act when streaming may be completely different from who we are at home, even if we don't make the conscious effort to change our behaviour.

They could of course be filming some night shots of the Bristol/Severn skyline.
Note: This drone (or another registered as X1) shows up in the area every now and then, so probably belongs to a local business. This is of course all just speculation, it could be any of those and more.

The surveying can be anything from geographical surveys to infrastructure such as roads, waterways or powerlines.

Alternatively, the drone (Flightradar24 shows it as a drone as well), it is being used for surveying or aerial imaging (unlikely at this time). Or environmental surveilance, such as tracking oil spills or contamination in the river.

It's most likely a UAV (drone) and either searching for something (or someone) or on a training excerise.

☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️ this. Labour have repeatedly shown that they care more about capitalism than the country, so it's highly likely that they are preparing some bullshit reasons to get rid of the NHS and replace it with US-style private healthcare.
