From last night in New York:

This Kentucky basketball team has no identity. The Wildcats are no closer to finding it than they were when the season started. And Mark Pope knows that as well as anyone.

DJ Lagway is playing QB for Florida. I think the Cats are gonna be good here.
If they close this out, this would be Mark Stoops fifth win against Florida as Kentucky's head coach, as many as the Wildcats had over the Gators from 1957-2017.

Some takeaways from my post-fall projection piece:
-- If the season started tomorrow, I think there are five "locks" in the lineup.
-- Three more seem to be strong frontrunners at their spot.
-- Catcher is still the biggest post-fall question mark.

Speaking for myself, Substack was a good launching point because it's easy to start a publication and is a low cost training ground to see if a niche idea could work.

But as it's grown, the math with staying at Substack didn't make sense. Ghost is a better product and cheaper for me at this stage.
Getting off Substack is the right move. I would compare it to moving from an app like Garageband to Ableton or Logic. Or switching from clip art to creative stock images. My business has grown. My readership has grown. Substack fills your list with junk signups, takes your money, and holds you back.
For years, this man has profited of off writers and refused to listen when they said “Hey this platform and its changes aren’t working for us.” Now he’s throwing a tantrum when those writers leave. Because he thinks no other platform will love them as much as him.
