what are the targets for pitchers?

I like to equate it to movies. The historically great film is better in theory but sometimes you just need to watch that 7/10 with great rewatchability and laughs/vibes and there’s nothing wrong with preferring one over the other but if you’re talking what’s the better product it’s the former
