We are the Green Party in the lovely Derbyshire Dales

Promoted by Derbyshire Dales Green Party c/o PO Box 78066, London, SE16 9GQ.
We're in a really good position to win this byelection and Lian will be an excellent councillor.
Dales people be ready to answer the call for help leafleting etc.
I am pleased to have been selected as the Green candidate for the Horsley by-election for Derbyshire County Council. Now the hard work of getting out and challenging Reform to be the representative for the parishes of Denby, Horsley, Horsley Woodhouse, Kilburn, Mapperley, Shipley and Smalley.

Well this is interesting, isn't it?
NEW: The first two years of Massachusetts' millionaire tax has raised $3 billion more than expected.

And rather than driving the rich away, IPS researchers found that the number of millionaires has *increased.*

Tax the rich. Greg Ryan in @bloomberg.com:

The news from the US this morning is encouraging and there are lessons for the left and centre left in this country. Money doesn’t always win. The billionaires may pour it out to their chosen politicians but the people can still stick two fingers up to them.

This is a crime against humanity
Gaza is “on brink of catastrophe” as aid runs out and prices soar. Within hours of the ceasefire ending in March, Israel blocked food, fuel, and medicine from entering Gaza. Aid warehouses are now empty. This is collective punishment by any other name. 2 million Palestinians are being starved.

There's lots of good reasons to vote Green on Thursday. Tactically to stop Reform is one of them.
If that's your motivation, have a look at this site.
Our planet is in crisis

This week, many in the UK will stay home and ignore the local elections and allow Trump-supporting ghouls from Reform to win power

Or in these seats, voters could flip the national narrative

As mass murder and genocide escalate in #Gaza, the UK government should denounce them, cut off all support to Netanyahu's government and assist in its prosecution. Instead, Starmer silences his ministers. In doing so, he facilitates the crimes.

The Israeli govt’s decision to block food, fuel, and water from reaching Gaza is collective punishment—an undeniable war crime.

Alongside cross-party colleagues, I’ve written to the Prime Minister urging him to condemn these actions and commit to an arms embargo and sanctions.
