I've enjoyed Sonic Racing CrossWorlds, but with that being understood. Nights leaked at launch, Ai Ai is predictable and Tangle and Whisper? Alright, more waiting for me for the 'and Sega' bit to fill out the roster for real.

So apparently, PRB's choice of armament is a reference to Mazinger Z, a manga series by Go Nagai. More specifically, the robot, Aphrodite. So in retrospect, the Akibot 996 in 'Sgt Frog' is also influenced by Mazinger.
