I never tried it again. These side effects are reported in the medical literature and are relatively rate, but I don't see a causal explanation.

Defining him as an idiot may be going too far. His transcripts, so far undisclosed for high school and college, would probably reveal a C student. A president should be smarter and interested in continuing to learn new things. DJT's occasional confusion may be dementia or just age-related fatigue.
