Just finished watching #BlackDovesNetflix and it was really good fun, Ben Wishaw, Sarah Lancashire and even Keira Nightly who I'm not normally a fan of are all wonderful.

So I have finally reached the top of Survivors UK waiting and will be tarring counselling soon. I am really anxious to be exploring a part of my life I had locked down for 40+ years. But I know that if I deal with that time my sobriety will be stronger
