Luckily, Nashville’s department of transportation & multimodal infrastructure @nashvilledot.bsky.social and our progressive downtown councilman solved the issue by removing multimodal infrastructure: space for scooters, bicycles, and people outside cars, gone.

Drivers don't pay taxes.
The infrastructure bill will come due on Tennessee’s sprawling roadways because our woefully low gas tax doesn’t cover the cost of maintaining all that asphalt. (And this is just state-owned roads, to say nothing of city streets and county roads!)
