I found that calling this Visa number didn't work, as the people here can only handle complaints regarding cards and accounts from what I can tell (unless I'm doing something wrong?) I did however find what appears to be the number for Visa's headquarters. Do with that what you will

13) Mission Impossible 2
The same cannot be said for MI2. This movie sucks. This is a film that threatens to be good, with some great set pieces (two rival heists) and a fun concept, but never delivers, hampered by shitty dialogue and sexism. The straights are not okay. 5/10

12) Mission Impossible 3
The MI series has some of the best thriller storytelling out there, and MI3 is no exception. Despite its interruption-heavy dialogue, this is one of the few good instances of JJ Abrams using his "Mystery Box" formula to good effect. Hard to go wrong with a McGuffin. 8/10

11) The Other Valley
This has a lot going for it, but didn't resonate with me. I suspect I will have to read it again, but the main character's inaction in the back half of the book irked me, to say nothing of the deus ex machina. The premise and the first half of the book are cool though. 6/10

10) Final Fantasy X
I didn't play this game, but I watched my partner play through it. Amazing, extremely sincere story, with one of the cutest straight couples in all of fiction (those exist?). The story structure, emotional twists and reveals, and stakes make this one a must play. 10/10

9) Unbeatable White Label
This game is filled with a ton of heart, between the music and the meticulously crafted charts and rhythm mechanics. There are some real catchy tunes on here, I gotta say. I'm excited to see what this game looks like when it gets a full release. 9/10

8) The Tainted Cup
This is easily one of my favorite fantasy novels of all time. And one of the best mystery stories I've ever encountered. How it managed to use its worldbuilding in the story while advancing the central mystery is incredible, and worthy of study. This may be a perfect book. 10/10

(7) The Devil May Cry Anime:
I haven't finished this yet, but this show sucks. The White Rabbit is amazing, but the poor pacing, by-the-numbers plot, and emotional cheap shots ensures that the few moments where DMC does do anything interesting all lack gravitas. Still gonna finish, but yeesh. 4/10

(6) Weakless Universe:
A game where playing it generates lore for a world. Not only is it just fun, it also helps you to think about the relationships between things in a world, rather than just the things themselves. Check it out if you want a good worldbuilding exercise to play with friends. 8/10

(5) Adios:
A deeply profound, melancholy exploration of grief, death, and guilt. The writing and voice work on this game are stunning, and make for an experience that manages to say a lot, despite how short it is. And it made me cry, so there's that. This is a game by a studio to look out for. 9/10

I don't have a problem, you have a problem.
As a piece of game design, this is truly stunning. The mechanics work together perfectly to keep you hooked, and the ease of starting a run mixed with the challenge of finishing one (plus the music) make this one of the best games. Ever. 10/10

(3) A Dance of Fire and Ice:
This rhythm game is fantastic. It has tight, responsive, and addictive controls, along with fantastic music and super clear inputs that make for a fun experience. It's easy enough to pick up that even my mom could play it, but challenging nonetheless. 9/10

(2) Wind and Truth:
I'm a huge fan of the Stormlight Archive, so I was pretty hyped to see the end of Arc One. Not quite as impactful or profound as hoped, but it still had great fights, character moments, pacing, and twists, with an ending that makes me excited to see where it goes next. 8/10

(1) The Midnight Gospel:
My partner finally got me to sit down and finish this, and wow am I glad I did. It's cool how this show not only engages with deep, heavy topics, but criticizes people who engage with mindfulness in a shallow way that allows them to avoid it. Absolutely incredible. 10/10
