What an absolute clown. At least @nytimes.com actually referenced Mamdani's resounding win, as opposed to using some sort of passive language like "...after Cuomo was beaten by another candidate" or some such.
Breaking New York times headline that reads "Cuomo will stay in the race for NYC mayor to challenge Mamdani." The lede reads "Former gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to announce his commitment to a third-party run against Zohran Mamdani, who soundly defeated him in the Democratic primary."
