Our industry does have peer-voted awards, the most visible being DICE, Game Developers Choice Awards, BAFTA. There are scores of smaller developer-led awards too. We do have spaces to celebrate and uplift one another, please support and watch these shows! The teams work hard for the devs!

A warning to others that Autodesk rebranded Shotgrid to Flow in 2024, and now in 2025 have rebranded their Ai mocap platform to Flow Studio. Now there are two unrelated "Autodesk Flow" products. Perhaps there is an Olympics for 'brand confusion' I have not been made aware of.

The way some people use the word Gaslight lets me know, for sure, they haven't seen the original 1944 film. He had that woman questioning her sanity every moment of the day, not telling her a fun Marvel movie was overrated.
