The Brothers Quay's "Sanatorium...of the Hourglass" adapts an interesting story, but buries the narrative under aesthetic choices. "Street of Crocodiles" was one of my favorite short films as a student: a great point of view. Now I don't understand why they still make films.🤷♂️

The Devo Documentary on Netflix is an excellent summary of the most misunderstood and innovative band of the 20th century. A must watch.

My fav queer Met Gala lewks? Tramell Tillman's vampiric tails with a silk cala lily, Cole Escola's mod print with suspenders worn off-shoulder. Janelle Monae's cubist interpretation of Mr. Monopoly that hatched from a cape/pod. Justice Smith soaked in butter and a kerchief.

It's Star Wars Day and I'm low key regretting not purchasing more of these derpy tees from Tee Turtle while they had the Star Wars licenses. Grogu vs Warhol is an all-timer in my wardrobe.

White Lotus finale 3: Rick and Chelsea deserved this moment even if their ending wasn't so happy. Laurie's monologue was a happy cry. Some of the smartest writing for television and guarantees Coon one of the five Emmy contention spots. Parker Posey is in the hunt, too. That thumbs up! Devestating!
