Last one, enough fun. I have two of these. I have two of a lot for some reason. Joey Dee and the Starlighters.

The World Column. A must for the mod revivalist.

A favourite single. Bootleg of course, plays the same on both sides.

I forget how great 7inch singles are. The bag and label on this are perfect.

Picked up the blue ray of Northern Soul still sealed from the charity shop. Hearing Shirley Ellis, however obvious these days, that's the rush. A nipper Friday night youth club disco. Shit desert boots, one Fred Perry, sta-press...

It's just occurred to me what we need is a huge art gallery full of Haynes car manual electrical wiring pages. Blown up. Look amazing. Did readers actually understand how this worked, what it means?

It is, I helped someone with a copy of a Haynes manual just this week. A late 90s Peugeot. What a ridiculous book! Though the wiring pages make sense.

Carmell Jones - if only it had Roy Haynes on drums. Np

One of those cheap ugly sets that were around a decade or so ago. Lots of Hank but not lots of detail.

Forgotten about buying Dizzy Reece's Star Bright. One of those Tone Poets. Sounds incredible tbf. Dizzy backed by an A* band. Great Blue Note.

June was born 100 years ago today. I stumbled upon EMI twofer cds and was immediately smitten. As is only correct. NP

Note correct spellings.

@grooves.bsky.social found it. It's by Sean Casey who specialises in this kind of stuff.

It's kinda squeaky noise, drum and bass time. Surman smiling.

Btw, the correct hifi to play it on was an amstrad midi hifi thing. Smooth those grooves.

Lyons have an address in Stourbridge and the Czech Republic. Quite bizzare. I like it.

More orange and white, a random postcard found in a book. And very related.

Been staring at a French Rizla packet. It reminded me of my favourite thing about Scott 4. The white spine. It seems so extravagant.

Oh my, reading this review by @andrewmale.bsky.social has done me no favours! :) No, I said a few weeks back. No need. I have a perfectly decent copy. Listening to my crackly copy I'm thinking, I have to buy it. Jeepers though, what a fine album.

My favourite album at the mo. So much to love about it. Like a fine whine. Arf. NP

I would love a coffee table book of people sitting down. Authors, musicians, scientists, I won't mind. Looking up Francis Lai on discogs is always a treat!
