I finished a fence behind my house. 8’6” tall, first 24” are gabion cage filled with local limestone, horizontal wood above, both sides identical. I’m proud of it.

Been working on a fence. Gabion cage filled with local limestone for first 24”, then wood above to the top. Gabions are full!

I am building a back fence and here is progress. Base is a 24” tall gabion filled with limestone. Above that will be horizontal wood boards. Posts every 4’ (I may have overbuilt lol)

I am digging post holes for a new fence. I don’t l know what they did on this hill in the last 150 yrs, but I’ve heard theories. Burying deer was definitely one of them. At least, I think those are deer bones.
