He moaned a little bit and coughed. It took a long while given Nicki’s state but within an hour what color was left to return to his face had returned and he blinked open his eyes . He was very thin now but soon would be himself . Slowly hair fangs and longer nails started to grow as Nicki whined

Managed to speak “ never leave… don’t … wanna… die.” But he never opened his eyes.
