Spring.

Last night, it was -3 Celsius and this evening is now 16 Celsius. Go figure. Weeee. T-shirt weather.

14km. I probably overdid it yesterday when I did my "healthy" powerwalk during my dry fast. Got a slight sunburn, sore feet and a tired heart. Used plenty of body cream, gave my feet a massaging epsom salt bath, then used eucalyptus feet cream and slept over 10 hours. ^'===='^

Time to treat myself after 16 hours of dry fasting and 1h30m of powerwalk. :E~

Another long healthy speedwalk near the Saint-Lawrence at Montreal. Spring is around the corner. ^'===='^

5th long walk this week on snow, ice and pavement. At the speed I'm going, it's quite the workout. Wound is still healing at a steady pace. :E

Thankfully I'm not a balloon nor I'm easy to pop... but to think they made a "Deco pop" weapon, I feel flattered... and soon will feel flat.
