So basically, I got it from three things: an extracted tooth, a conversation about the Deathclaw from Fallout, and changing the way I pronounce Deathclaw so it sounds more like DefKlaw.

I was a huge sonic fan back in 2014, and the name originally was "SuperSonicOfAwesome", which the rementant still exists in my email.
Then in 2015, I made a character, and made him a reflection of myself, because I thought Nathaniel was a neat name.

Recording guitars for this was fun and frustrating. I used a LINE 6 POD 2.0 (set to Preset 5b), a budget brand SG, and Audacity. I basically followed the original structure of the song for one track and then added two overdubs panned hard left and hard right.

Just so you know, I frankenstein'd the original song, got the guitar seshs from my friend @defklaw.bsky.social for the upcoming Teto cover of "The Remedy" (to fill in the OG guitars since they sounded eerily identical) and mashed it together with the Solo win theme.

True fact, Jun Senoue's Sonic guitar (pictured below) is actually an ESP George Lynch model guitar but with a different paint job.
Prior to the release of 'Sonic Adventure' these photos were posted on the Sonic Team website - a custom guitar made for the game's reveal. Jun Senoue and Yuji Naka have different musical abilities, turns out.
