It does feel that way but it shifts focus pretty early on to be more about the personal relationships within the power struggles than anything else. Took me 3 eps to really get into it.

I just binged it and then? Rewatched s1 and working on the rest. It's got its minor flaws but who cares, the artistry alone is worth it 1000%
