Meet Minerva! When we adopted her, she was two years old and the shelter said she was "unadoptable." She had been mistreated and lost her leg in a car accident. She was scared & very, very mean. 3 years later she is our lovebug. OK yes she is still kinda mean but also incredibly sweet. Our world!

7 years ago today I lost my mom. She was the best and I miss her every day. If you can, give your mom a hug and tell her you love her. When you can't, it's a loss that's not explainable.

Thank you. He was such a good baby. He passed way too early at 7 due to a faulty heart. It still tears me up, but I feel like he helped us heal by sending Minerva to us.
