. . . What were the customer service reps paid in the first place? Clearly not enough if they need bonuses. Also, kind of like blaming the hornets nest for getting stung after kicking it.

I think maybe a fourth of the people who stopped by my booth picked up my comic? They didn't buy it, and I'm grateful for the encouraging comments- But even my partner noticed that no one was buying comics at the last two comic conventions we were at.
