OK #Fitness Bluesky. I'm having an issue. When resting or stretching in this position, my body tries to collapse to the inside and tries to make me fall, like it's trying to throw me over. I need an exercise to build up that area to make it stop. I'm 61, in decent condition, but I also have DISH.
