Sharing some joy
3 handmade cards a white one with a wreath of green leaves and a red bow and red birds a red one with a giant JOY in green. The red is embossed with pointsettias (that I still don't know how to spell) a gold bow on the J gold ribboms and white trees next to the Y. A white one with a red JOY a white poinsettia (not going to learn to spell it, it's a thing now) and a gnome in the centre of the O. He is holding a present and has a snowflake on his hat.

Merry Merry
Hand made cards. Green with red plaid and a red truck carrying a Christmas tree. That one gets mailed to my auntie in Scotland with photos of my boys inside. Two with white backgrounds. One has embossed pointsetia (sp?) print a small red frame and red pointsetias (ehich I already indicated I don't know how to spell). The other has an old styl lantern in black with yellow light, green foliage and red flowers I'll mispell

Got up to some card making yesterday
3 hand made cards. 2 have gnomes in the same style but with different colour schemes. Snowflakes abound.The middle one has a black cat wearing a Santa hat and looking a little put out over the experience. Background is in green and brown tones and says Oh What Fun. I didn't have Baa, Humbug in a colour that worked for me otherwise Mr Cat would be full on Scrooging it.

I wish I could do time lapse for a whole year on the view. It changes not only day to day but sometimes minute to minute.
Same view you've seen a bunch of times. This time the sky colours are various pastels with the mountians in the distance and a low lying fog between me and them, like the space between isn't ready to throw off its covers to begin the day. I feel you space between, I feel you.

Snapdragon says, "Nope!" to fall.
Bright red snapdragon stepping out in rain drop diamonds growing where I didn't plant it. It is well beyond snapdragon season but she's having none of it. She planted her roots where she felt like it and is keepin on keepin on in bedazzled glory.

A few trees still hanging onto their colour
Mountians in the background witha blue sky descending into dusk. Some clouds picking up what's left of the setting sun's pink. A variety of trees ranging from bare skeletons of their summer selves to hanging onto a few leaves to the conifers grandly showing off their forever emerald finery. Same view as the previous photo but from a wider angle. The mountians lay further into the distance and closer to us we see more trees, lawn, a red outbuilding and if you look really close a wannabe fancy outdoor triple lamp that, joke's on you, only two of the bulbs work due to a wiring issue that probably means replacement that might happen one day but today is not that day.

Our neighbours have the most festive bales of hay

Final set of Halloween Hellos for the season.
3 hand made Halloween themed cards on a dark wooden table. Reflection of my kitchen in the window and no, I will not be updating the lighting. One card with a silhouette of a forest with ghosts flying out of it, sunset and moon background. One has a silhouette of a Haunted house with a yellow shadow, a yellow moon, a ghost and a bat. The background is a purple sparkle that with flecks in it the size of your pinky nail as my hot rodding grandpa would have said. A flamboyant hot rodder would love the colour. The last one has muted purples in the background with a water colour look and a silhouette of a fashionista witch and a stamp that says You are FaBOOlous I should post one card at a time and the alt text would be shorter than a Dickens novel.

My grandparents had a set of these of my dad and his 3 siblings that were made in Disnayland in the 60s hanging in their hallway until the day they sold the house in the 90s. More Halloween hellos
