Sometimes it is all over Ada County. It has been going on for awhile. Intermountain never finds a leak. Could it be from volcanic vents? The smell seems to happen after a nearby earthquake.

I thought there was 4? Wasn't there a lady who was being served papers and had a shot gun and the people serving the papers shot her?

This is so sad, I grew up in the DC area and remember the Air Florida crash when I was younger. DCA is a fun airport to fly into, but the runways are so short and area filled with planes, helicopters, and no fly zones.
