Rideshare ain’t what it used to be.

There’s no continuity. No set standard of service.

Right now I’m in the car of a driver who is driving like he just received his license and this is his first time on the highway…

@uber do better.

I just landed in San Salvador a little while ago, and I look forward to meeting with the team at the U.S. embassy to discuss the release of Mr. Abrego Garcia.

I also hope to meet with Salvadoran officials and with Kilmar himself. He was illegally abducted and needs to come home.

This is my Aunt, retired Major General Marcia Anderson, the first black woman to achieve the rank of Major General. She’s also the first MG honored as a sponsor for a U.S. combat ship - The USS Beloit.

I post this in hopes of preserving her legacy. Nothing and no one can change that. Period.

Thank you, @60minutes.bsky.social.

And a special thank you to our retired service band members who gave their time for such a worthy reason.

Good will prevail.
Retired service band members united to play in concert with young musicians after their show was canceled due to President Trump’s executive order ending DEI programs. https://cbsn.ws/4iaHcKm

Where was the anger when the Government bailed out banks?

The auto industry? I didn’t own a car at the time.

The housing industry? Didn’t own a home at the time either.

But student loans, and the opportunity to directly help Americans draws so much ire?

On this 1st day of #BlackHistoryMonth, let’s honor & remember all Black service members, from the Harlem Hellfighters of WWI, to the Tuskegee Airmen & the "6888th women" of WWII, & all those who fought and served before and after them.

Just an absolute travesty. Erasing history is dishonorable.
The U.S. Air Force has removed a video about the Tuskegee Airmen from its basic training curriculum at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland following Trump’s executive order banning federal DEI initiatives. The Tuskegee Airmen were pioneering Black pilots renowned for their service during World War II.
