The point or success of older seasons of housewives is that they were friends and if not close friends, they were associates. Plus they are uninhibited.Newer seasons of RHOBH is missing a light hearted quality that they haven’t had since post Eileen and Eden Sassoon . Trips are no longer enjoyable

I think the reason why the new RHONY is not landing is because the women are too focused on their business lives and their brand and what they stand to lose by showing certain aspects of their life.
