We cannot base our human rights on the government’s mere promise to uphold them. The UK government must listen to the public and civil society organizations in the country and say no to digital ID.
The UK Has It Wrong on Digital ID. Here’s Why.
In late September, the United Kingdom’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced his government’s plans to introduce a new digital ID scheme in the country to take effect before the end of the Parliament...

All the naysayers about crypto, the metaverse, NFTs, and AI were 100% on the money to call bullshit.

Hey, remember when we were all going to go to work in the metaverse wearing VR goggles? And how that certainly happened, and the haters were completely wrong? It's the future, don't be left behind!

Tell your people to say no to KOSA and chill out. The Fight Lives On.
Next week the House E&C Committee is looking to run something of a shock and awe campaign, debating at least 19 bills that they say are related to "protecting kids online." Most of which are actually about censorship and control. Don't buy the framing. It's always the same damn thing.
November 27, 2025 at 3:19 AM
Keep calling your reps and tell them to oppose KOSA! We cannot let this bill pass, no matter what!
Tell your lawmakers to oppose the Kids Online Safety Act- there are better ways to protect kids online without throwing other vulnerable people under the bus.

I keep seeing people trying to play down the payment processor situation, saying it's only the extreme NSFW accounts getting sacked.

Well. One of the cutest SFW furry artist got banned from PayPal. What more proof do y'all need that we need to keep fighting the good fight?

Also go support Nakufin.
I'm devastated, if I don't find an alternative that works with argentinians I'm contemplating the worst, I can't do regular jobs, art was my job for around 15 years
I don't do nsfw even when people insist me to
my life was already crumbling and now I don't know what to do

they may not be actively cancelling transactions, but they ARE getting in the way of people being able to use THEIR MONEY to buy and sell LEGAL content.

stress how this is hurting your opinion of these brands, and making you consider dropping them/ getting a different card

Both Visa and Mastercard are really going to push the idea that "they dont restrict any legal transactions" when you call

you need to call out how paypros restrictions arent on the transaction, but on the way they are pressuring platforms to drop/censor content that they have decided is verboten

Mastercard is REALLY trying to pass the buck off onto banks (who, granted, ARE part of the problem but its still mostly MC and Visa)

do as Ana says here and tell them your bank told you to contact THEM. easy way to tack on more time in the call

Maybe if we blew up our MPs phones and emails over this issue…politely, of course…
Mark Carney managed to trade a pipeline that will never get built for meaningful progress on industrial carbon pricing and electricity interties — both of which will get more wind and solar built.
