I think of all the remarkable people through history, boiling potato peels for soup and navigating difficult terrain without the basics. They did the impossible and so can we if it comes to that.

TRY at the very least to hear and have compassion for the lives of others. You do not have to understand, you just have to be gracious. Admit when you dont know. Learn to apologize. Do not let your own discomfort or fear splash another with muddy energy. Rather ask ‘what am I really afraid of?’

To hold the ignorance and hatred that is nothing more than deep internal fear of the self, in the light of love. So I say let your life be the catalyst for another to find their footing with. Do not participate in breeding hate of ANY kind - toward ANY human.

I remember that face to face the majority of humans across the globe are truly good. That humans are so incredibly, remarkably, resilient. And that at the end of the day it is my job to live my own moments with honour and grace.

It is some deep darkness to hide sick motives under a good one. However this has been done time and time again throughout history. While this is all so painful to watch I want to share with you how I calm my own innermost fears and frustrations.
