Sometimes it helps to pause and just notice what is here right now. What can you hear, see, or feel in this moment? Often, the present is much less overwhelming than the stories we tell ourselves about the future.😉

In uncertain times, it helps to focus on what we can do, even if it’s something small, like being kind to a neighbor, volunteering, or taking care of our own well-being. These small actions can create ripples...🙌

Think about how the seasons change every year. Spring doesn’t last forever, but we don’t fear the arrival of autumn. In the same way, the changes we’re seeing now are part of a larger cycle.😌

It makes sense to feel unsettled with so much change happening. These times are challenging for everyone.😬
