I’m on iOS 26 beta 2, let me say that I’m really happy with CarPlay Apple Maps changes, especially the time and distance remaining info. I missed these on the current iOS, always had to use Google maps instead.

The home Whirlpool fridge LED was flickering for the past week, Whirlpool wanted $115 to replace (part# W11527432), instead I replaced 8 LEDs (2.45V forward voltage) in series for a whopping total of $2.03 from DigiKey! Years more of 💡

Ok some success, I pressed the DTF transfer using a hand iron (155C) onto a PLA sheet like a garment. Transfer worked, but the PLA melted a bit!

It’s very interesting topic of RNG, it’s always fascinated me how random numbers are generated. My favorite microcontroller - ESP32 chips use ADC noise for random number generation:

Mach-e ⚡️ updated itself overnight. I’ve been monitoring this battery since I bought this machine using ha-fordpass integration, alerting me of 12V battery falls below a set threshold.

This is a Sonoff mini with a Kidde SM120X connected to my whole home interconnect. Built using ESPHome to talk to Home Assistant.

I was updating @brukercorporation.bsky.social topspin to v4.5.0 and BCU-I dropped off the BSMS after the upgrade. It was just a coincidence that fuses blew on the BCU-I at the same time, now got to figure out what caused the fuses to blow!
