A quick update: 2025 has been filled with travel and illness, which has cut into my wellness progress. My OK-based fitness coach, Scotty K, has been great. He's helping me set updated goals. My wellness coach hosted me in Japan for a men's wellness retreat, my first overseas travel.

I still keep wondering who on the family tree has connections to Scandinavia, Wales, and the Baltics. My only thought for the former is... Vikings to the British Isles.

I will be a better me. Robert has become my online life coach. His morning TikTok is dedicated to me. He isn't a fan of "inspired" or "motivated" --- It's about determination and discipline. My father always gave me crap about being undisciplined. It's time I show my dad I can get it done.
