And the innocent wiped out by those drones? The bailouts (which the people were NOT on board with) might have been justified if the banks used them to create liquidity in the markets. They didn't. And their execs pocketed the money. If Obama knew this would happen he's complicit. If not - a fool.

But if they fixed the problem - they themselves wouldn't get elected. The Democrats could easily bring down Trump on any number of issues. But to do so would lay bare some uncomfortable truths which fundamentally undermine the entire democratic system upon which ALL SIDES depend.

To be fair - the writing was on the wall with Nixon. They were desperately trying to go down this road in the 70s but got caught with their hand in the cookie jar and were forced to dial it back for a few decades.

I might have serious issues with some of Obama's decisions in office (not least the totally dispiriting bank bailout and his use of drone warfare) - but, if the Democrats are to make serious headway into toppling this administration they need to leverage Obama at every available opportunity.

There'll be justice. Count on it. Right now there's too much light on her in the prison system (after Epstein's "mysterious" death). But the moment she's pardoned the clock is ticking. She knows too damned much and those people operating in the shadows behind Trump will take action.

It will only happen if you continue to hold their feet to the fire. The moment people become distracted they'll slip back into their old ways. And there are going to be A LOT of distractions over the coming months/year as Trump is gearing up for heavy duty military action across multiple theatres.

The overwhelming majority of established democrats believe all they need to do is win the next election and everything will return to peaceful, blissful and profitable normality once again. Unfortunately, peaceful, blissful and profitable normality is what got us here in the first place. 🤬
