Played some CO-OP Marvel Cosmic Invasion with Holly yesterday and it was a total blast. We have had a few throwback SNES/Sega style beat em ups recently and Cosmic Invasion is up there with Shredders Revenge as the best on the modern bunch.

Christmas films continue tonight with Edward Scissorhands.
Couple of days away from work has worked wonders. Been productive at home but also rested. Christmas shopping is done. Food shop as complete as it can be and spent this afternoon cleaning the house from top to bottom. A few last things to do tomorrow moring then an afternoon of chilling out.

Secured an Absolute Batman TPB Vol. 1 today and I cant wait to read it. Also got Vol. 1 of the new Hellboy Omnibus to go into that from issue 1

Time to see if a horror centric Hulk comic (more horror than the usual concept anyway) has the juice. Art is aces and the concept is very cool, hope it maintains momemtum. Looking like a good replacement for Amazing Spider-Man which I stop getting issues for in January.

Both my Batman/Deadpool crossover comics to sho off here. Got variants for both. Ivy/Rogue as Holly loves them and Joker/Dr Doom because I LOVE Lee Bermejo as an artist.

Thoroughly enjoyed Absolute Martian Manhunter. Superb art and a great new take on the character. DC on a serious hot streak this year. I also really liked the DC Deadpool/Batman book. Grant Morrison returning to comics was such a treat.

Got the City Jersey for the Bulls this year but im real tempted to pick up the "Purple Rain" Minnesota Timberwolves one too. It looks incredible.
