Depressing to imagine how different the future would have been - no Iraq war, no horse breeders running FEMA, different SCOTUS, freedom for workers to organize, and actual taking climate change seriously. Well done Naderites.

Not even sure you could say that the left has moved beyond the MOE there.

What's hilarious is that petulant voters going back to 2000 are the reason. If they hadn't thrown presidencies to popular vote losers, the blue leftward shift there would be strong, which is what populists claim they want.

Omg Reagan, Thatcher and Menahem Begin would slap the shit out of Trump, Netanyahu and Nigel Farage.

Facts. And I love Bernie Sanders. I’ve admired him since he was a congressman in the 90s. I voted for him twice in presidential primaries. But the movement he started became cancerous

I dont think he will switch. But the hard left definitely forced him to stake out the center ground. You can win a Dem
Primary and a General in PA as a centrist. You can’t win a GOP primary as a centrist anywhere

Both will burn the country to the ground to rule over its ashes. But in Tel Aviv you can carry this sign —-not so much in the West Bank or Gaza

Look, I’ve spent the better part of the last two years on the streets protesting the Israeli government and shaming government ministers. But if the Middle East were the U.S. Congress - Israel would be the fucking Squad.

He staking out the populist center. I’m furious over some of his votes on the Trump cabinet but I don’t mind sharing a party with him.

White guys - yes. Boring no. I’m thinking life fetterman. Blunt common sense

Academically speaking she’s not wrong by world standards. This doesn’t really offend me - actually works to our favor. My answer to her would be - “ great , guess I’m a centrist”. That said - if I could primary her ass out of office - absolutely !!

I share the same sentiment. Though I think I can deal with AOC since she can occasionally be pragmatic. The rest of the squad is throw into the dumpster with Marjorie Trailer Trash Green and the rest of the “freedom” caucus

There is no left and right anymore. It’s top vs bottom of the horseshoe
