Thank you. I have confirmation that it's not faked. Google Street View May 2023 shows that logo out front different from what's showing on their website today - maybe they realized the error and changed their logo, lol. 😀

I remember years ago Mont Co ranking near the top in the US for cost of living, but 2023 Economic Policy Institute map only ranks it as "High Cost of Living" with three classifications higher. Also, note that the BLS inflation calculator says $100k in 2024 is like $69k was in 2010.
