This is so DC Public Schools. Refuse to fix the central air, and install some junky "air coolers" in rooms to dump heat into the enclosed atrium

Yeah, if you google Josh Shapiro, it will be the lead story. These are the front pages of the three major cable news orgs. The only one that has it in the first page is Fox News (oddly)
