While on the subject too, the quote of Ed saying "Canadians are weird!" back on Cartoon Network's "Ed, Edd and Eddy" holds more water than you think. Lord help if you're adding most things by the National Film Board of Canada to this too, then you're only further fueling a bizarrist's wonderland~ 😆

It's admittedly, something that I feel is missing from current airwaves, but yet, irreplaceable to their olden era. I think a lot of older Canadian sci-fi, things like "Galidor" (even thought that one was weird) "2030 C.E" or "Orphan Black" (pre-Echoes). Profound enough to exist despite the risk~

AGREED. We need that weird surge of creativity that brought us things like Snit, Polkaroo, even a dog that solves problems. Or heck, that even brought a young Tatiana Maslany to the biz. Listen, YTV's motto back when wasn't "Keep It Weird" for no reason, it felt like a cultural beacon of sorts~ 😆

Saw #TRONAres today!! Really fun time with the Grid this round, groundbreaking visuals and some pounding sound design, loved the 82/Legacy callbacks! The writing and humor was a bit hit or miss, but I really think the new characters were well done. All in all, made for a new fave of the series! 🏍️💽✨
