I don’t have a particularly strong view on the TikTok law, despite being an avid user of TikTok (RIP), but I do find this “Trump can find a way out unilaterally” narrative offensive to the rule of law and our constitutional order’s operation.

I don't know why it's called a TikTok "ban". That's like thinking you're banned from going out in public (unless you wear clothes). ByteDance was required to divest TikTok to a US company. They decided not to. Seems pretty reasonable to me 🤷

The extent to which young voters cared about climate change has been overstated.

Even among Dem leaning young voters, climate change was tied with housing for the top 10% of political participation, housing dominated for bottom 90%. Inflation was even more dominant.
