Thank you! On the days I absolutely don’t want to go I tell myself I always only regret NOT going, I never regret going. That’s helped to keep me consistent

💪🏼 yes, I notice I spend more time there when I want to cry or am angry. I just go workout and then jump on the treadmill until that energy is gone. It’s been a lot since Jan 20th 😆
