There are bad nurses.
But there are also good nurses stuck in bad places that limit their time with patients.
People like me can’t use them. We need HELP, not 15 minutes of help on one minor issue until we’re seen again next month, repeat x12.

Customer service jobs aren't for everyone. Actually, they're not for most people because many people are assholes and when on the clock, you're usually not supposed to be an asshole back. Even when they seem to expect you to break your back for them to "keep your job". I've had a myriad of different jobs in the past 30 plus years.

Last night was a first.
I had a dream where I was about 20 years older. I was alone, on some beach. I was inside a place next to Eli Manning’s house. He had a floating dock that was basically a giant party patio. It wasn’t storming but was so windy that it flew up and completely flipped over. Weird.

I fully participated in Black Friday once. Yes, just once.
It was in the days when Walmart was open 24 hours, early 2000s, and a game console was coming out “cheap” at midnight. I had the extra money and was gonna stay up all night for hours in the freezing cold to get it for my kids. 1/3
