Not to be a total Jacob, but "Between the World and Me" is probably the book that did the most to illustrate a lot of things I never saw as a white guy and totally change how I see the world. It unquestionably made me a more aware and empathic person and Coates gets nothing but love from me for it

There are several people in the Senate with Ds next to their names who have not been united or fighting. Maybe go talk to them instead of voters? You can start with Schumer and Fetterman
